I specialize in Real Estate Investing and Internet Marketing. I currently work with seniors, age 62 and over, by assisting them with reverse mortgages. This is a great service because it allows a senior to own a home without having to make mortgage payments. There are no credit requirements, in fact, thier credit can be very bad and they can still qualify. The mortgage requirements are based on equity in the home. If you are a senior, or you know one, tell them about reverse mortgages. This could change their life by allowing them to enjoy their retirement without being forced to make rent or mortgage payments.
