My mom was from the Ukraine, born Rom, or Gypsy, as it's known here, and Papa was a German Jew. His parents were jewelers to royalty and heads of state before the war, then moved to NY to avoid losing all.
I've been self employed all my life, first in Papa's business, now in what I inherited from Mom.
I've moved 43 times, not counting trips or holiday travel.And will be moving again very soon.
I'm a tree hugger, animal advocate, and love to be near, in, or on water. 3 dogs and several cats are my family now. I used to have horses, but they aged very well and died happy.
There are few things I enjoy more then dancing and traveling, so cruising is one of my all time favorite activities.
I used to lecture on Cruise Ships, after my radio show went off the air. Career goal- to own a small cruise ship and travel to various ports around the world, with a crew of 50 and accommodations for 200 or so.
