170.2 pounds! That is as low as I want to go. I went up to 177 recently,
and it took 2 weeks of strict South Beach to get back to this. Now I have to start an excercise routine, and stick to it like I did South Beach. Maybe I'll race the greyhounds daily, when we get them!

Made my target weight this morning!
I've lost 22 pounds since about the 3rd week of June.
I think I'll try to lose 2 more pounds though, to give
myself some padding (for some pudding! hahaha).

South Beach rules!!!

I've even been stretching the diet lately, by having
regular sized multi-grain bagels, sushi, small desserts,
corn on the cob, and popcorn w/o butter.

I've been exercising more, and I think that that is
essential.
