I have had several associates of mine venture into the Vacation and Time Ownership segments of the market. While this may seem like a quick financial fix to the agent, those who are diligent and stick the market out have a better shot of regaining their footing once the real estate pendulum swings back the other way. I have a great way to make aadditional money helping other agents while staying in residential real estate. If anyone would like to know more, I'd be happy to share with you.

At least I am not only one dealing with loosing money in my real estate adventure. I just had an appraisal back on one of my properties and in just 3 months it has gone down by $9,000. Now what how and what do I say to my poor seller :(

im a dad in vacation homes after loosing my butox in realestate, i took a really heavy crash with the market but i bounced back with vacation renting my propertys, if enyone is having the same problem call me ill tell you how you can make those insane morgages
