Hey all, I think I've finally perfected a brownie recipe that I really like, but now I'm thinking of mixing things up.

It's true... I, too, am a brownie cheater but I like to call it semi-homemade. I, also, prefer to use Betty Crocker brownie mixes and once in a while, I might even stray and buy a box of Duncan Hines Turtle Brownie mix... which is MY favorite.
We like to add extra walnuts to the Turtle mix before baking and I drizzle more caramel over the top after it's cooled just a bit and then I serve it warm, topping it off with vanilla ice cream.
ooooh, we LOVE brownies....actually, most of the time, believe it or not, I use Betty Crocker original fudgy family size...but the trick is to bake it in an 8x8 pan so they are thicker...also, add chocolate chips or chunks to make them even more amazing...you have to cook the brownies at 325 for about an hour though, as you want to make sure they are fully cooked. Also, I am a fan of the dark metal pans....I tell you, my boyfriend's friends think I am a brownie god, no lie :)
I have an awesome fudgy brownie recipe. As soon as my son is done nursing I will type it up for you. This could take a while, so don't hold your breath - this kid never stops eating!
