along time ago I wanted to know what the rich are doing to get richer
and then it dawn on me, that the only thing that can make people rich is Real Estate. so I began to by and educate myself in the Real Estate Market
and after doing so I set out to make my dream come true, it took me through lots of headaches and to make this short. I realized that this was it, I made 20k to 100k in less then a year and that is only the beginning,
now that the market has gone to its highest foreclosure crisis, this has been by far the best time to buy and sell Properties. I am overloaded with so many properties that my funds has run out, so for this I am Currently seeking Business Partners to Joint Venture with me and earn a 18% Interest on there Investment secured with a 1st Mortgage/lien. and get there investment back in as little as 6 to 12 months. if interested in Joining me and becoming a Partner in my company then please call me or reply to this post

Sounds like you're on your way. We flipped one condo with a friend who made a fortune doing this stuff. I made out well, but it took up all of my time. I prefer the home-based business industry and found a great company with a ground floor oppty, so I'm out of construction. Lower back won't take much more!

Hi, Larry
so it sounds like your an Investor as well, have you had any
sale's or are you a beginner? and as for me given Ownership of my company
it depends on what they can bring to the table, if your a Money Partner
then you can get from 10 to 15% Ownership. or if your a credit Partner then depending on your score's I can offer 10 to 20% ownership, which
by the way for a partner to get ownership they have to sign an agreement
and all they have to do is wait for the properties to sell and get, between
5% or 10% and even 15% of the resell of the properties. so if your a money Partner and you bring 100,000 you get 100,000 + what ever % you own in the company, let say you have 100,000 to Invest and we find a good deal for 100k and resell the property for what its really worth say its 160,000 and you have 10% ownership then you get 16,000 and the rest would be split between the other partners and they can get it in as little as 6 to 12 months. for everyone that wants to join they can contact me at 863-651-7045

Sounds like a good idea. Since you can only have 1 first I am assuming you either only want 1 investor or are you giving everybody ownership in an LLC that is purchasing the property.

I would like to do the same thing in Northern Virginia, suburb of DC. Anybody want to own a piece of my LLC that buys foreclosures and gets guaranteed 18% return on their money. If the property loses money I will pay the difference.
