Rachel Ray in Maryland - 3 Replies
Ok...so, I joined flugpo and posted an ad for my company, Harmon Builders, LLC just a few days ago (http://www.harmonbuilders.com). Within one hour of finalizing my account and post on "flugpo"- much to my surprise, I received a call from "The Rachel Ray Show" in NYC. I was not quite sure as to why I'd be getting a call from her network...at any rate, Rachel's assistant producer, "Maggie", explained that she'd done a recent online search for "kitchen remodeling contractors" in the Maryland area and our company came up in one of the number one spots at the time of the online search. Rachel's producers were in search of a local Maryland builder to partake in a kitchen renovation segment of her show. I was astonished as to how quickly "flugpo" had released my information into the general online community and the immediate response I had gained...literally, it was within about 45 minutes of finalizing my account with "flugpo". Thanks flugpo for getting the word out to the "big shots"...as for appearing on "The Rachel Ray Show", we had to decline, but, at least I had my chance of possibly becoming a "local" celebrity!! ~Melani (continue reading...)

Traffic Trading - 1 Replies

Hi,

Ive come accross a way for low income webmasters to build there internet traffic to there website. Traffic Trading is a setup where we send 20 visitors per day from my site to your site and in return you give me 20 visitors per day from your site. In effect we both are receiving 20 fresh visitors to our sites which can lead to sales !!!. If we had a group of 5 we could swap our 20 visitors for 100 fresh new visitors. Starting to get the drift ? If anyone is interested leave me a msg or contact me at bozo2c@gmail.com

Thanxs for your time

Attraction Marketing - The Pitfalls To Avoid - 0 Replies
posted by Rhonda Smith
Attraction Marketing has taken on a life of it's own since the wave of "The Secret". or "Law of Attraction". But what is attraction marketing and is it really as powerful as people claim.

So what is Attraction Marketing? Attraction Marketing is all about connecting to people thru building relationships..Which can be done by simply allowing people to connect or identify to you without a product or service being attached to the relationship. It's like a magnet.

Despite what most people think, people are drawn to people that they trust and like or better they are drawn to people that they can identify with. But when the Internet took off like gang busters, the human element became a missing piece of the puzzle. Which caused the failure rate of home based business seekers to rise.

It's been said that 97% of the people in home based businesses fail, WHY? because most people trying to start a home based business are employees and have no clue how to market and have been taught to sell, sell, sell. Out of desperation, people throw up a website and send out advertising bragging about how their business is the biggest and the best. Never realizing that regardless of how good their product or service is people do not want to be sold. Attraction marketing eliminates the need to sell because if you build a relationship with a prospect, they will sell themselves on YOU and not the product or service.

So how does one attract an endless flow of traffic and avoid the pitfalls that will have your prospect leaving faster than they came.

1. Start with your story, no matter how new you are, there is a story behind you that someone else can identify with. Connecting to the prospect will keep them coming back to you.

2. Do not contact a person that has not requested a call back. I get numerous calls per day from some unknown person trying to pitch me on their business. What a turn off and immediately I know that that person has no clue how to market and is not making any money..Why would I join them?

3. Offer your prospect something of value..A newsletter, training, etc..Everyone is looking for something and if the prospect is given something that will truly add value their business, who do you think they will trust and like?

4. Never lead with your sales pitch..Remember people do not want to be sold, let them make the decision to join you..If it's their decision, they will stay in your camp.

These are just a few pitfals to avoid when starting an Attraction Marketing Campaign. For more info go to free training
