This is a 1974 26' Cris Craft Cabin Cruiser. It has a 10.5 foot beam verses the standard 9.5 foot beam, making for an extremely stable platform. The fishing rod holders on this boat have been upgraded to newer adjustable plastic models, however the factory original fixed position all-metal rod holders are included with the boat in pristine condition. Boat looks as good as it did the day it was made, with only 700 hours total time.

It has also had a fuel gauge added to the gas tank for ease of use (original dipstick still included). The boat has also been stored indoors for the entirety of its life and was owned by a professional boat mechanic. You will not find a boat in as good of shape period. Bennet trim tabs (new), 2 downriggers (new), 1 electric kicker mnt, GPS (new), 4 batteries (new), inboard Chevy 307 that is fuel injected, 1000 wt inverter, remote spotlight (newly upgraded), 2 fish finders (new), brass propeller on boat newly refinished, also one spare brass propeller that is newly refinished, new stainless steel rudder, new stainless steel drive shaft, new drive shaft bushings (replaced when drive shaft was replaced), two 150 quart coolers, new stainless steel microwave, omni directional TV antennae, turn key ready.

I also have a floating garage/covered boat slip that I am asking $6995 for. This is at the Rocky Point marina in Scappoose, Oregon. These are also becoming hard to find since they are no longer being built along the Willamette river. It will only increase in value. Monthly dues are $250. Dues include water and electricity. Slip measures 20' by 40' (will accommodate boats up to 30’ with a 12’ beam). Boathouse has a 4 foot walkway on each side and an 8 foot dock at the back of the garage with a storage locker. When the garage door is open, the dock extends beyond the face of the garage so that you can fish or grill right off the dock.

Separately I am asking $15,995 for the boat and $6995 for the garage, however if you are interested in both I will make you a killer deal. Boat and boathouse are located in Scappoose, Oregon at Rocky Point marina on the Willamette River.

Call me to schedule a time to see the boat or the boat house, if you are really serious about it, I can schedule a time to take it out on the water also. I can also email you larger, higher quality pics of the boat. Call Matthew @ 503-737-9540 or email: matthewmacompton@yahoo.com. Phone is the preferred method of contact as I always have it on me.

Thanks for looking!
