Right now, nothing is more important than getting your mortgage under control. That’s the purpose of a loan modification. When your modification is accepted the foreclosure is stopped. We fully understand that you need expert attention during this exceptionally stressful time. A well presented case is critical.

A loan modification is not a refi. We negotiate on your behalf with your current lender to “modify” the terms of your loan so you can afford to stay in your house. Typically the arrears are rolled into the balance of the loan so that payments are current again, adjustable rates can be changed to fixed rates, and ridiculous or unaffordable rates can be reduced to something more reasonable.

We understand the loan modification process, and use our knowledge to help you through yours. We work with a very small group of clients at any one time, so you are never just “another account” at our company.
