We are an exciting young start-up company looking to bring on new people to help us grow. The ideal candidate will have varied skills, be a quick learner and extremely flexible. If all you want to do is a single task every day all day, this is probably not the job for you. You should be eager to tackle problems and learn this you don't know. Also, being a generally cool person doesn't hurt.

We would like someone with the skills in the following areas:

-Java web development experience (this is a must have)
-Comfortable using Linux as a development platform.
-Javascript (using it to interact with the DOM)
-HTML
-CSS
-Knowledge of the following frameworks; Struts, Spring, Hibernate, DWR
-PHP scripting experience.
-Linux/BSD server administration. This includes setting up and maintaining Apache, Tomcat and MySql.

While we don't absolutely require everything on this list, having the bulk of these skills will definitely be to your advantage.
