Following a $12.7 million renovation, The Alexandra has been converted into 83 units of affordable housing for senior citizens. The award winning renovation took place using the existing walls, preserving the monumental staircase, tile floors, woodwork and wainscoting. These are studio, one and two bedroom apartments designed to afford optimum value for deserving, independent seniors.
