Bodywork Bootcamp is a comprehensive Weekly Massage, Bodywork & Nutrition Program DESIGNED to your individual needs of REAL STRESS REDUCTION, and improvement in every-day physical function even athletic training! It is structured within 12 weeks of rehabilitative stress protocols.

throughout the 12 weeks of bodywork, we will work with any restrictions in tissues that you have, the muscles, tendons, ligaments, connective tissues, organs, immune system, cardiovascular system and the Central Nervous System to improve function & homeostasis.
We will look into the following physiological factors:

Trigger points – trigger points are highly irritable points in the nervous system.

Nerve entrapment/compression – when a nerve gets pressed constantly between the surrounding structures, it can lead to an acute kind of chronic pain.

Postural distortions - Postural distortions result in underdevelopment of the supporting muscles and thereby lead to their weakening.

Nutrition - Lack of adequate nutrition to the cells leads to an over all weakening of the entire system.

Ischemia – In a condition such as Ischemia, the cells and tissues get a reduced blood supply and as a result are under-nourished.

Stress – Stress plays havoc with the functioning of the nervous and musculoskeletal system.

You will receive a Thera Cane & a book of Active Isolated Stretching Protocols that we will cover in your bootcamp program so that you don't have to memorize the homecare that I ask you to work on. We will also introduce you to FOOD-Based Supplements to aid in tissue building and cleaning that will help in the effectiveness of each massage session.
