Schellhardt's Residential and Commercial Services provide's proactive, regularly scheduled preventative and emergency buildings and grounds maintenance management services to property management companies, residential homeowner's, commercial establishments, lenders and real estate investor's. Services consist of dedicated or contractual handyman services, demolition, rehab's, remodeling, tenant make-readies, working with city, state and private organization inspector's in order to obtain valid occupancy permits, working with
utility companies for getting services turned on, assisting tenants with move-in and move-out, lock change, key management, conveyance preparation, property winterization and boardups.
